Infrared films today
The choice of infrared film is much reduced today compared to what was available only a couple of years ago. Ilford no longer manufacture SFX, and Agfa and Konica no longer manufacture any film. The choice now is between Kodak and Rollei, with only the Rollei film available in a range of sizes from 35mm to 5x4. (No, Rollei don't really make their own film, but they market the films formerly marketed by Maco.)
The Kodak infrared film doesn't match my requirements, so I've recently purchased some of the Rollei film, and started doing some basic tests (though its not the best time of year to do this!).
